We have aligned ourselves so that we can provide full PPAP approval through the APQP process for new parts as well as dimensional results depending upon the needs of our customer. Our highly skilled quality assurance team utilizes state of the art measuring equipment, as well as advanced quality planning and statistical quality assurance techniques to ensure our customers products are produced to specification from initial sampling through production runs.Our quality system allows us flexibility to customize and control each part to the specific needs of our customers and maintain consistency throughout the life of the product.

Our Quality Lab is equipped with an Optical Emission Spectrometer, Trimos Height Gauge and Hardness Tester along with other conventional measuring instruments which are calibrated to their schedule. Our emphasis on quality is the cornerstone of our business philosophy!
