We have 13 diecasting machines of capacity ranging from 60 Tons to 660 Tons locking force in a built up area of about 60000 sq. feet as detailed below:

 

We have the flexibility to handle various alloys as follows:

 

• Aluminum – ADC-12, LM-2, LM-6, LM-24, LM-30

• Zinc – Zamak #3, #5

 

We have an Optical emission spectrometer to analyse the chemical composition of every melt in production.
