We have a team of engineers who develop and design various molds using the CAD and CAM facility. We have an in-house tool room to manufacture the dies once the designs are checked and finalized. Each die is specially designed to produce the best possible castings. Dies are built to endure the extreme injection pressure of the molten metal alloy. All tools are constructed from premium grade materials to produce quality parts in high volume for the best value. We have so far manufactured about 250 dies in our tool room. We constantly pursue new technologies through the purchase of customized equipment with the latest productivity enhancements.
